Senior Implementation Specialist

• This role manages relationships with suppliers, ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services, and resolving any issues that may arise during the procurement process. Collaborates closely with internal teams to identify procurement needs, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with company standards and objectives.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures throughout the procurement process.

• Renew contracts as needed and negotiate contract amendments when necessary.

• Monitor supplier performance metrics, such as on-time delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness, to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Address and resolve any supplier-related issues, such as late deliveries, quality discrepancies, or contract disputes, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned

• 4 years related work Experience

• Ability to work with all departments from design to completion of a project.

• Demonstrated experience with documentation, presentation, and project management tools

• Experience managing projects delivering web based software applications preferred

• Hands-On Experience with databases and SQL required

• Ability to work independently to meet established milestones

• Experience with ERP applications and integration concepts preferred

• Experience with Construction Equipment or Construction Rental industry preferred

• Demonstrated experience working with external clients

• Effective written and verbal communicator

• Office and/or remote work environment.
