Senior Import & Export Officer (Outsource)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Import & Export Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Import & Export operations, Customs Clearance, and Trade Compliance, with the ability to independently manage daily operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage import and export operations, including customs clearance and shipping documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Customs regulations, FTA requirements, and international trade regulations.
• Coordinate transportation, freight forwarding, and logistics activities.
• Monitor logistics costs, operational performance, and service efficiency.
• Handle billing, payments, and related administrative documentation.
• Support BOI-related activities and documentation.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities.
• Support internal/external audits and compliance activities as assigned.

🔹 Qualifications

• Open to all genders.
• Preferred age: Above 32 years old.
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Import & Export and Customs operations.
• Strong knowledge of Customs Clearance, shipping documentation, and trade compliance.
• Experience in BOI and FTA-related activities is an advantage.
• Intermediate English communication skills.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• IATA / Dangerous Goods (DG) certification for air/sea transportation is an advantage.

• Position: Senior Import & Export Officer
• Employment Type: Outsource (Annual Renewable Contract)
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 07:45 AM – 04:45 PM
• Salary: Negotiable, depending on qualifications and experience
• Work Location: Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, 21140 Tasit, Pluakdaeng, Rayong, Thailand
