Senior Import Documentation

About the role

This role involves managing import documentation and customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review PIB drafts and other import documentation
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of import documents before customs submission
• Coordinate with PPJK, shipping lines, freight forwarders, surveyors, and internal departments
• Monitor customs clearance progress and assist in resolving document-related issues
• Handle customs inspections and follow up on clearance requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and import records
• Support reporting related to import activities
• Ensure import processes comply with customs regulations and company SOP

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, International Trade, Customs, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Import Documentation, Customs Clearance, or Freight Forwarding
• Strong understanding of import documentation and customs procedures (PIB, PEB, Manifest, SPPB, SPJM, LS)
• Experienced in preparing and reviewing PIB drafts
• Familiar with INSW and Customs systems
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under tight deadlines
• PPJK certification is an advantage
