Senior Industrial Engineer

About the role

Establish standards and structure for transportation rates to enable distribution centers, transport operators, and transport staff to perform work with standards and efficiency according to company policy. Establish standards and special transportation rate structures for all types of transport vehicles. Establish standards and working guidelines for the central transport team, delivery units of distribution centers nationwide, transport operators, and transport staff to ensure work is performed with standards and efficiency. Analyze and develop management approaches to reduce transportation costs.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Transport Engineering, Logistics Management Engineering, or related field in transport and warehouse work
• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• Experience in import-export, regulations and privileges for export, tariff classification, and export processes and documentation (will be given special consideration)
• Excellent calculation, analysis, and data presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Quick-thinking with ability to make decisions and solve immediate problems well
• Good interpersonal skills, respectful, and able to work well with others and supervisors
