We are looking for a Senior Informatica Cloud Developer with strong hands-on experience in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) / Cloud Data Integration (CDI) to support a major SAP SuccessFactors implementation.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze requirements and prepare technical/basic design documents.

* Design and develop Informatica CDI mappings, mapping tasks, task flows, parameters, and job controls.

* Develop data integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, SQL Server, REST APIs, OData, CSV, SFTP, and databases.

* Perform source-to-target mapping, data conversion, validation, and error handling.

* Coordinate with customers, Project Managers, application teams, and offshore development teams.

* Prepare detailed technical and Japanese documentation.

* Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, bug fixing, performance tuning, and deployment support.

* Support batch scheduling and job monitoring.

Mandatory Skills

* 5+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI).

* Strong experience with Informatica IDMC/CDI.

* Experience developing mappings, mapping tasks, task flows, workflows, and parameters.

* Strong knowledge of REST API, OData/API, CSV, SFTP, SQL, and RDBMS.

* Experience in requirements analysis, technical design, and mapping documentation.

* Experience in unit testing, troubleshooting, and deployment support.

* Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

* Japanese – N1 Level or Japanese

* English – Business level

Preferred Skills

* Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP.

* Experience with Salesforce integration.

* Experience in SAP/payroll or HR system implementation projects.
