Senior Informatica Developer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Informatica Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for developing and supporting ETL code in Informatica PowerCenter for an enterprise data warehouse, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust data solutions.

Kindly note that this role supports remote work, but only from within Ukraine. Responsibilities

• Develop new ETL processes and enhancements while modifying existing code using Informatica PowerCenter
• Work independently to develop, configure, and unit test programs from specs (source to target mappings)
• Collaborate closely with data architects, reporting teams, and application teams on ETL development efforts
• Design and document ETL solutions for projects, estimate work effort, and provide status updates on tasks
• Provide technical support for the administration and production support of Informatica
• Deliver first and second level troubleshooting, along with baseline and operational support
• Adhere to best practices and methodologies established for the ETL development team
• Present all work in design and code review sessions to senior team members
• Prepare documents that describe and support developed code
• Identify improvements to the data warehouse environment and work with the team to implement these solutions
• Escalate issues to the appropriate party when required

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in development, maintenance, and enhancements of Informatica Mappings, Workflows, and processes
• Strong hands-on experience in ETL development for a data warehouse
• Proficiency in complex SQL
• Expertise in integration technologies and processes
• Familiarity with Query Surge and Windows environments
• Knowledge of testing tools and techniques
• Understanding of Kimball design methodology
• Excellent analytical, organizational, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Capability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
