Mission description

Good healthcare requires common standards and consistent information. We are looking for an experienced information architect to contribute to information modeling and digital collaboration across the healthcare sector.

You will collaborate with clinical and technical professional communities to establish common concepts, information structures and standards that support interaction and data exchange between health systems.

Areas of responsibility

• Develop, document and maintain common conceptual models, information models and information structures for the health area.
• Harmonize terminology and concepts across disciplines, systems and organizational levels.
• Contribute to the establishment and management of regional and national information standards and architecture principles.
• Develop and quality assure supplier requirements related to information structures, semantics, terminology, code and interoperability.
• Collaborate with clinical professionals, architects, product owners and suppliers to ensure that information needs are correctly represented.
• Assess and apply relevant standards and terminologies, including HL7 FHIR, SNOMED CT, ICD, NCMP and NCSP, with particular emphasis on HL7 FHIR.
• Ensure that the information architecture supports collaboration, data sharing, reporting, analysis and service development across businesses.
• Collaborate with domain, business, and solution architects.
• Ensure that information models are stored and managed in the architecture library in line with current methodology and the ArchiMate standard.
• Document information models and architecture in BizzDesign, as well as perform other relevant tasks as needed.

Claim

Must have

• Minimum senior consultant level.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and modeling clinical work processes, documented through relevant project references.
• Documented experience with information modeling, conceptual work and standardization within the health and care sector.
• Documented experience with national e-health standards, terminologies and interoperability requirements.
• Documented experience in translating complex professional needs into clear requirements and information structures for suppliers and development environments.
• Documented expertise in HL7 FHIR, ArchiMate and UML.
• Native level of Norwegian, both written and spoken.
• CV must be submitted in Norwegian.

Advantageous to have

• Relevant health education, preferably combined with practical clinical experience.
• Education or further education in information modeling, information architecture or related ICT architecture subjects.
• Practical experience in carrying out tasks within the field.
• Experience with planning and leading working groups for needs assessment.
• Experience with BizzDesign.
• TOGAF certification.
