What You’ll Do

• End-to-End IT Audits: Lead and assist in risk assessments, planning, execution, and reporting for global operating systems, databases, applications, and IT infrastructure.
• SOX 404 Compliance: Evaluate and test internal controls over financial reporting to ensure global compliance.
• Risk & Control Evaluation: Analyze business and IT workflows to pinpoint vulnerabilities, assess control effectiveness, and deliver actionable improvement recommendations.
• Data Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Utilize data extraction/analysis tools to streamline audit processes and support enterprise 80/20 growth strategies.
• Stakeholder & External Partnering: Collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams and external audit partners to communicate findings and present audit reports to management.

Who We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in internal or external audit (Big 4 / public accounting experience is a plus).
• Core Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT general controls (ITGC), operating systems, databases, and application risks.
• Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a self-directed, continuous-improvement mindset.

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points!):

• Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, or CPA.
• Hands-on audit experience with major enterprise ERPs (SAP and Oracle preferred).
• Experience utilizing data analytics tools for audit testing and risk assessment.
