From being the first point of contact for infrastructure needs to final deployment, the team provides end-to-end solutions for our client-facing platforms. ETS supports all aspects of revenue-generating platforms for Epsilon and sets the architectural direction for our enterprise deployments. Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise infrastructure, applications, and cloud services using observability and event management platforms.
• Administer and support Linux and Windows server environments across production and non-production platforms.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using scripting and configuration management tools.
• Collaborate with application, database, network, cloud, and platform engineering teams to ensure operational stability.
• Coordinate major incident response activities, ensuring timely communication, escalation, and service restoration.
• Manage user administration, access controls, and compliance with security standards.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor AWS services and infrastructure performance using native and third-party monitoring tools.
• Track operational issues through ServiceNow and Jira while driving problem resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate hardware support activities with vendors and data centre partners when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 6-8 years of experience in IT Operations, NOC, OCC, Infrastructure Support, or Site Reliability Engineering environments.
• Strong expertise in Linux and Windows system administration.
• Experience supporting enterprise cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Hands-on experience with patch management, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and ITSM platforms including Grafana, ELK, ServiceNow, Jira, and PagerDuty.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting technologies such as Python, PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Understanding of security best practices and ITIL service management principles.
• Preferred certifications include CKA, RHCE, CCNA, AWS, and ITIL v4.
