Senior Information Technology Business Analyst

Salary: 800 - 1050 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdańsk / Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

Join the Channels-Business unit and contribute to the development of digital business banking solutions across the Nordic region. Our teams deliver innovative web and mobile banking solutions used by customers in Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway , while continuously developing the next generation of digital banking services.

You will join a technology team mainly located in Warsaw and work within one of six agile teams . You will collaborate closely with Business, IT, Design and external vendors to design, develop, test and enhance customer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Analyze and document business needs and translate them into clear IT requirements supporting scalable and sustainable solutions
• Define features and user stories based on business requirements
• Lead delivery in close collaboration with stakeholders across Business, IT and Design
• Cooperate with Product Owners on product and release planning
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure requirements are aligned and deliveries meet expected quality standards
• Support manual testing of business and maintenance features according to current priorities
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers
• Manage dependencies across teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Work collaboratively in an agile environment

Expected competences and knowledge

• 4+ years of experience in IT and/or Business Analysis within the banking industry
• Proven experience in translating business needs into IT requirements
• Hands-on experience defining features and user stories
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners on product and release roadmaps
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively across Business and IT
• Strong communication skills in English , both written and spokenHands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to coordinate dependencies and proactively resolve delivery blockers
• Team-oriented, open and transparent approach to collaborationKnowledge of digital banking or web application architecture will be an advantage
• Familiarity with Figma or other design/prototyping tools will be an advantage
