Senior Information Technology Program Manager

Role: Senior IT Program Manager

Location: Dallas, Texas

Office: 4 days onsite/1 day hybrid

Salary: $130,000-150,000

We're looking for a technology leader who can partner with executives, developers, operations teams, and vendors to ensure projects move from idea to implementation with clear ownership, realistic timelines, and successful business outcomes.

What You'll Be Leading

85 locations and 1,300+ team members , with continued expansion across the country.

You'll help drive delivery across initiatives including:

✅ Mobile applications support

✅ CRM and customer engagement platforms (Arista CRM)

✅ AI and automation initiatives

✅ Systems integrations and modernization efforts

✅ Internal employee applications and digital experiences

✅ Technology projects supporting multi-location growth

You'll work closely with in-house developers, distributed technology teams, offshore development partners, and executive stakeholders to create a more disciplined and scalable delivery organization.

What You'll Own

Technology Program Leadership

• Drive multiple concurrent software initiatives from planning through deployment
• Manage scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments
• Ensure projects remain aligned to business goals

Software Delivery & SDLC Execution

• Coordinate requirements, development, testing, release readiness, approvals, and implementation
• Improve delivery consistency across internal and external development teams

Release Governance

• Help establish a predictable release cadence
• Improve release planning, communication, and operational readiness

Executive & Stakeholder Communication

• Translate technical complexity into business-friendly updates
• Provide visibility into progress, decisions, trade-offs, and risks
• Set clear expectations and surface issues before they become problems

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Align technology, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Influence teams without relying on direct authority

Process Improvement

• Reduce late-stage surprises and rework
• Strengthen governance, accountability, and delivery discipline
• Improve how technology programs are executed across the organization
