Senior Information Technology Support Analyst

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Analyst who combines strong technical skills with a passion for delivering exceptional user support. You'll act as a trusted IT partner for business users and VIP stakeholders, ensuring a seamless technology experience across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality IT support to over 1,000 users, including trading floor and VIP support.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft technologies including Windows, Office 365, Intune and Active Directory.
• Support business-critical trading platforms such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon and ICE.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, ensuring excellent ownership and resolution.
• Support laptops, mobile devices, meeting room technology and video conferencing solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Manage IT assets, stock levels and device lifecycle activities.
• Build strong relationships with users and deliver a first-class support experience.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Service Desk, End User Support or IT Support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Active Directory.
• Experience supporting trading or financial market platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
