About Your New Role As the Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering and supporting enterprise hosting solutions across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments, with a focus on performance, reliability and security.

Other Tasks Include

• Design, build and support enterprise server, storage and hosting infrastructure.
• Manage VMware virtualisation platforms, including vSphere, NSX and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF).
• Support Microsoft Azure and private cloud infrastructure environments.
• Manage enterprise storage, backup and disaster recovery solutions, including Veeam.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, technology refreshes and migration to hybrid cloud platforms.
• Develop infrastructure lifecycle plans and contribute to technology roadmaps.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, availability and security.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide senior technical escalation.
• Work with Security, Networking and Architecture teams on infrastructure projects and improvements.
• Manage external service providers and ensure infrastructure services meet operational requirements.

About You An experienced Infrastructure Engineer with broad technical exposure across enterprise hosting, virtualisation and cloud environments. You have a strong track record of delivering infrastructure improvements and supporting complex, business-critical technology platforms.

You Will Be Familiar With The Following

• Strong VMware experience, including vSphere, NSX and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF).
• Enterprise Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Enterprise storage technologies and infrastructure management.
• Veeam Backup & Replication and disaster recovery solutions.
• Citrix administration and application hosting environments.
• Active Directory and core Microsoft infrastructure services.
• Infrastructure security, hardening and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience delivering infrastructure upgrades, migrations and technology refreshes.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with external technology providers.
