About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Senior Infrastructure Lead to support enterprise infrastructure operations for one of the largest airline operators in Dubai. You will manage compute and virtualization environments, maintain data center infrastructure, and ensure high availability, performance, security, and disaster recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter environments
• Manage VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, vSAN, and NSX
• Support enterprise compute, virtualization, and data center architecture
• Manage server hardware lifecycle, storage systems, and SAN integration
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
• Ensure infrastructure security, system hardening, and compliance
• Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service availability

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant infrastructure experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter
• Experience with VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, vSAN, and NSX
• Knowledge of data center architecture, servers, storage, and SAN
• Expertise in backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure security
• Strong troubleshooting and infrastructure operations skills
• English proficiency at B1+ level
• Willing to work onsite in Dubai on a long-term engagement
