Senior Infrastructure / Platform Engineer

We are looking for a Staff Infrastructure Engineer who combines strong infrastructure expertise with a software engineering mindset.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable owning production infrastructure, solving complex reliability and scalability problems, and building internal tools that help engineering teams move faster.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve cloud infrastructure and production systems.
• Work extensively with Kubernetes and distributed systems.
• Improve reliability, scalability, monitoring, and developer productivity.
• Build and maintain internal infrastructure tooling and automation.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and proactively prevent future problems.
• Work closely with software engineers in a highly technical, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• +9 years of experience in Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Software Engineering with an infrastructure focus.
• Solid software engineering and programming skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes / EKS .
• Experience with Kafka or similar distributed messaging systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with technologies such as PostgreSQL and Redis is a plus.
• Comfortable working with production-critical distributed systems.
• Highly autonomous
