- Penguasaan Parameter Mesin: Ahli dalam menentukan dan mengatur injection pressure, holding pressure, clamping force, cooling time, stroke, serta back pressure.
- Troubleshooting Tingkat Lanjut: Mampu mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi masalah NG produk (defect) secara cepat, seperti flash, short shot, sink mark, silver streak, dan warping.
- Manajemen Material: Memahami karakteristik berbagai jenis resin plastik (misalnya: PP, ABS, PC, POM, PA66) termasuk temperatur leleh dan kelembaban material.
- Perawatan & Penanganan Mold: Menguasai prosedur bongkar-pasang cetakan (mold) secara aman, melakukan perawatan berkala, serta melakukan setting core pull atau hot runner.
