Experience: 1–4 years in inside sales or telesales, preferably in EdTech, B2b sales ,corporate Gifting , Tech, or D2C services
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication Persuasive with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions Goal-oriented with the ability to meet daily/weekly targets Comfortable with CRM tools and structured follow-ups Willing to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Role Description: We are looking for a proactive and energetic Inside Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and product

with prospects, and meeting sales targets through phone and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion & Sales Execution

• Contact and convert inbound and outbound leads into customers using consultative selling over phone, WhatsApp, and video calls
• Pitch relevant plans or products based on customer needs
• Achieve set targets on calls, meetings, and conversions

Customer Engagement

• Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to keep them engaged
• Address objections, answer product-related questions, and build trust
• Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to support teams after conversion

CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate lead and call records using CRM tools (e.g., LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce)

• Update lead status and ensure timely follow-ups
• Report daily activity and performance metrics to the team lead

Market Insight

• Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to improve product offerings
• Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends
