Senior Instructional Design and Learning Experience Developer

About the Role:

Join our client, an international development finance institution, as a Senior Instructional Design and Learning Experience Developer. You'll design, develop, publish, and continuously improve high-quality digital learning experiences that support enterprise digital transformation and capability-building initiatives, converting complex business and technical content into engaging, accessible, LMS-ready learning solutions.

What You'll Do:
Design learning experiences for digital transformation and enterprise systems using instructional design and adult learning principles. Develop eLearning modules, simulations, videos, job aids, and blended learning materials. Configure, test, publish, and troubleshoot learning content in Cornerstone or other LMS platforms. Prepare facilitator guides, participant guides, and other performance support materials. Evaluate learning effectiveness and coordinate with project teams, subject matter experts, and change managers to support adoption.

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Learning and Development, Multimedia Arts, Communications, IT, or a related field. At least 7 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in instructional design or eLearning development. Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, and LMS platforms such as Cornerstone. Experience developing SCORM or xAPI-compliant packages.

Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Manila time)
