• Position: Senior Integration & Automation Analyst
• Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
• Work Setup: Hybrid – 40% onsite per month
• Schedule: Predominantly EU shift, with possible overlap into the US time zone
• Salary: ₱90,000–₱140,000
• Target Start: ASAP / October–November

🔎 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Integration Analyst, Technical Consultant, or similar role
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design
• Experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, Sterling Integrator, or comparable middleware, integration, API, or ETL platforms
• Understanding of integration architecture, APIs, data transformation, messaging, and system interoperability
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, file-based interfaces, and messaging technologies
• Experience integrating HR, payroll, SAP, SuccessFactors, ERP, or other enterprise applications is highly preferred
• Experience with cloud integration platforms, API management, and event-driven architectures
• Knowledge of ETL, data integration, automation, and process orchestration
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and global environments
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, application support, and system lifecycle management
• Experience working in Agile teams and international transformation programs
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Professional proficiency in English
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including possible US time-zone overlap
