Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support integration services and API interfaces.
- Monitor integration activities between systems and applications.
- Analyze and resolve connectivity, integration, authentication, and encryption issues.
- Implement and monitor change and update requests.
- Support the launch of new services and updates.
- Coordinate with application, network, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.
- Monitor incidents and SLA compliance.
- Monitor the performance and stability of integration services.
- Document solutions and knowledge.
- Participate in new projects.
