Required Experience

• 7-12+ years in integration development within banking; hands-on delivery experience in a large core banking transformation; practical experience designing or consuming BIAN-aligned APIs; strong Java/Spring Boot or equivalent development skills; experience with REST, OpenAPI, Kafka, AsyncAPI, microservices, containers and cloud-native platforms; proficient with Git, modern IDEs, CI/CD, automated testing and secure AI coding assistants.

Key Responsibility

• Develop BIAN-aligned Experience, Capability and System APIs; build microservices and domain events; integrate with core banking, customer master, CRM, AML, fraud, payments, cards, lending and document platforms; migrate reusable logic from legacy ESB services; implement automated testing, observability and resilient integration patterns; use AI-assisted coding, test generation, code review, documentation and defect analysis.
