Senior interior Design

Responsibilities:

• Perform all phases and full scope of design work including planning, designing, and overseeing the construction.
• Develop conceptual ideas for narrative & mood board
• Independently Handle full sets of presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawings and tender drawings
• Planning and design of projects, including but not limited to Interiors and FF&E work
• Managing Residential projects from design to construction period.
• Manage project-related contracts, quotations, purchase orders, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper filing.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to quickly address on-site challenges.
• Experience in quotation analysis, project costing, or budget control.

Requirements:

• With at least 6-8 years-experience in Residential & House Design

• Solid experience in handling clients and projects from design stage to job completion

• Excellent presentation with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good Ability to handle full set design drawings and specifications

• Good Ability to handle multi tasks under pressure and dynamic environment, ability to meet tight schedules with confidence and willing to work overtime when necessary.

• Able to handle full set of design drawing including design detail and technical drawings

• Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint & PC Software

• Good Spoken & written English and Mandarin will be advantage

• Willing to travel to China occasionally

• Immediate availability preferred

• Assistant designer will consideration
