Senior Interior Design Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Design Coordinator to support our interior design projects through detailed documentation, specifications, research, and quality control.

This is not a traditional administrative role and not purely a creative interior design position. We are looking for someone who understands how an interior design project comes together and can translate a designer’s vision into complete, accurate, organized, and client-ready documentation.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Time

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project-specific design documentation and specifications
• Enter and maintain FF&E, finishes, materials, lighting, plumbing, hardware, accessories, artwork, window treatments, millwork, equipment, and other project information
• Maintain and update master product libraries
• Research manufacturers, products, dimensions, specifications, finishes, lead times, and technical information
• Obtain and organize cut sheets, tear sheets, product images, installation information, and supporting documentation
• Ensure all project information is complete, accurate, consistent, and up to date
• Maintain organized project files and documentation
• Systematically review project spaces to ensure required design elements have not been overlooked
• Cross-check specifications against renderings, elevations, selections, and other project documentation
• Identify missing or conflicting information before it reaches the designer or client
• Perform detailed quality-control reviews of project documentation
• Maintain revision control and ensure teams are working from current information
• Prepare polished and professional final documentation packages

Qualifications

• Experience in interior design, design coordination, documentation, or a related field
• Strong understanding of interior design materials, products, specifications, and project documentation
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and file-management skills
• Ability to research products and technical specifications independently
• Strong quality-control and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify inconsistencies, missing information, and potential project issues
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working with large amounts of design information. You should be able to look beyond simply entering data and understand whether the documentation actually makes sense and is ready for the designer or client.
