Senior Interior Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and client-facing Senior Interior Designer to join our team at D&A Interior PVT LTD. In this role, you will lead the design lifecycle from initial concept to final execution, creating stunning 2D and 3D visualizations while managing client interactions. The ideal candidate has extensive expertise in SketchUp and a strong eye for luxury, functional, and modern spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Visualization: Create detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and high-quality 3D renders using SketchUpand other rendering tools.
• Client Management: Lead client consultations, understand their aesthetic preferences and budget requirements, and present design concepts effectively.
• Concept Development: Develop comprehensive design mood boards, material palettes, and lighting plans that align with project goals.
• Execution & Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site supervisors to ensure designs are executed accurately and on schedule.
• Quality Control: Review technical drawings and monitor site work to maintain high standards of quality and finish.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential or commercial projects.
• Software Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and industry-standard rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional client-handling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and modern construction details.
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
