Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:1. Design & Project Management

• Create functional, aesthetic, and client-focused interior designs for residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces.
• Develop space plans, mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations.
• Supervise the implementation of designs from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, vendors, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.
• Prepare BOQs, drawings, and layouts as per project requirements.

2. Client Interaction & Sales

• Meet potential clients, understand their design needs, and offer creative solutions aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Present design proposals and close deals for custom furniture and full interior solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, architects, and designers for repeat and referral business.

3. Team & Process Coordination

• Guide junior designers in layout planning, design development, and presentation techniques.
• Work closely with production and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and track progress on multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
• 5–8 years of experience in interior design, space planning, and project execution.
• Strong understanding of furniture design, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Proven ability to manage clients and close high-value sales.
• Creative mindset with practical knowledge of on-site challenges and detailing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
