Senior Interior Designer

Summary

This creative role will develop project design concepts, lead the design development and manage the full design life cycle from award to handover. This is a hands on role for the delivery of office fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, schemes and test fits

• Prepare and present to clients

• Build and lead a team of designers

• Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth project delivery from inception to closure;

• Mentor and coach junior designers to enhance collaborative teamwork;

• Coordinate architectural and M&E design

• Prepare drawing and documents sets for authority approvals

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Interior Design with valid PRC license & PTR;
• Detailed knowledge and hands on experience with commercial interior design and detailing;
• Office fit-out project experience is essential
• 8+ years relevant industry experience;
• Advanced 3D design skills, proficient using Revit or similar;
• VDC experience an advantage;
