Senior Interior Designer

About the role

As an Interior Designer, you will be the single point of contact for your clients, guiding each project from the very first consultation all the way to handover — bringing Space Factor's promise of quality, creativity, and fuss-free service to life.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand lifestyle, design preferences, and renovation budgets
• Develop space plans, 3D concepts, mood boards, and design proposals for HDB, condo, and landed properties
• Prepare detailed, transparent project quotations on a per-work-done basis
• Coordinate daily with in-house carpentry team, sub-contractors, and material vendors
• Provide real-time project updates to clients via WhatsApp and shared digital project folders
• Offer soft furnishing and furniture advisory services to complete the overall design vision
• Proactively manage project timelines to ensure on-schedule handovers
• Handle post-handover client care, warranty requests, and defect rectification professionally
