Interior Designer

We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer to join a reputed consultancy in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong UAE consultancy experience, excellent hands-on knowledge of Revit, and experience delivering a variety of high-quality interior design projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of overall Interior Design experience.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience is mandatory.
• UAE interior design consultancy experience is mandatory.
• Strong and hands-on Revit experience is essential.
• Experience across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, mixed-use, and/or large-scale projects.
• Strong experience in concept design, detailed design, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Good knowledge of space planning, interior detailing, materials, finishes, and furniture layouts.
• Familiarity with UAE design and construction standards.
• Experience with DDA, DM, or other UAE authority requirements/approvals is highly preferred.
• Strong coordination skills with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed design solutions.
• Prepare Revit models, working drawings, and technical documentation.
• Develop detailed interior design and construction drawings.
• Coordinate interior design requirements with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
• Assist with authority submissions and ensure compliance with UAE requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Review materials, finishes, drawings, and technical details.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of design deliverables.
• Attend design and coordination meetings.
• Manage assigned design deliverables and ensure timely project completion.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates should have a strong UAE consultancy background, excellent Revit skills, and experience working on a diverse range of interior design projects. Exposure to DDA, DM, and other UAE authority approvals will be an added advantage.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
