Job Summary

Manage multiple design projects within the luxury hospitality sector, delivering innovative and timely design solutions that meet project requirements. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure design excellence and project success.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously to deliver solutions that meet project timelines and specifications

Coordinate with designers, project teams, and stakeholders to align design outputs with client and project requirements

Develop space planning strategies and design concepts that optimize functionality and aesthetics for luxury hospitality environments

Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation to support project execution and construction phases

Advise on material selection to ensure quality, durability, and design intent are achieved

Create and present color proofs and mock-ups to visualize design concepts and facilitate stakeholder approvals

Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members to foster a positive and productive project environment

Required competencies and certifications

Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

Minimum 8 years

of experience in design within the luxury hospitality industry

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in graphic design to enhance visual communication and presentation capabilities

Demonstrated positive attitude and pride in delivering high-quality design projects
