Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer specialising in luxury villas and farmhouses. The candidate will be responsible for developing premium interior design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, selecting materials, and coordinating with site teams to ensure high-quality execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver elegant, functional, and luxurious interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and luxurious interior design concepts for villas, farmhouses, and residential projects.
• Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.
• Create detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and interior detailing.
• Prepare realistic 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs to present design concepts.
• Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and decorative elements.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct site visits to monitor interior execution and ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Supervise and guide junior interior designers and coordinate design deliverables.
• Review drawings, resolve site-related design issues, and incorporate client or management feedback.
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, design quality, and finishing standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material selection, quotations, and timely delivery.
• Stay updated on luxury interior design trends, materials, furniture, and finishes.

Required Qualifications

• B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognized institution.
• Relevant experience in interior design, preferably in luxury villas, farmhouses, and premium residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, residential interiors, furniture design, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to manage projects from concept development through site execution.

Software Skills

Proficiency in the following software:

• AutoCAD – Detailed working drawings and technical layouts.
• SketchUp – 3D modelling and interior design development.
• V-Ray / Corona Renderer – Photorealistic rendering.
• Lumion / Enscape / D5 Render – Real-time visualization and walkthroughs.

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for post-production and presentation is an added advantage.

Required Skills
