Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of innovative concept designs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry trends.
• Develop and optimize spatial layouts to enhance functionality and aesthetics
• Oversee the progression from concept to detailed design, selecting appropriate materials and finishes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively communicating design ideas and project updates
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentation materials to effectively convey design concepts to clients
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for tendering and construction purposes
• Oversee site activities to ensure design integrity and quality standards are maintained during construction

Requirement:

• A passion for design and creative
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8 years (senior position) / 2 years of experience in corporate interior design
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
