What they need
- Support K-SOX compliance activities related to internal controls over financial reporting.
- Assist in testing the design and operating effectiveness of key financial controls across major processes (Revenue, Inventory, Costing, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.).
- Perform walk-throughs with process owners to understand actual end-to-end processes in a manufacturing environment (production cycle, costing structure, inventory flow).
- Collect, organize, and maintain audit evidence for control testing and compliance documentation.
- Support the preparation and updating of process documentation, including Process Narratives, Flowcharts, and Risk & Control Matrices (RCM), in response to process or system changes.
- Identify and document control gaps or deficiencies and report initial observations to the Manager.
- Track remediation plans and follow up with control owners to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Assist in preparing materials and responding to requests from Internal Audit and External Auditors.
- Ensure internal control practices align with K-SOX requirements and the COSO Internal Control Framework.
