Summary:

This role will be focused on Corporate Operations Audits offers the opportunity to work across a complex organization, partner with senior leaders, and influence business improvements. Partners closely with corporate leadership to assess risk, evaluate controls, and drive process improvements while utilizing data analytics and technology-based audit techniques.

Griffin Search Partners is recruiting an experienced auditor who enjoys digging into business processes, identifying risks, and turning findings into practical improvements. This role offers ownership of audit engagements and direct interaction with senior leadership.

What you’ll do

• Lead financial, operational, and compliance audits from planning through reporting and follow-up.
• Develop audit approaches, assess risks, and evaluate internal controls.
• Use data analytics to strengthen testing and uncover insights.
• Present findings and partner with management on meaningful corrective actions.
• Contribute to annual risk assessments and audit planning.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• 8+ years of audit or relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit methodology, risk assessment, and controls.
• Confidence leading engagements and communicating with executives.
• CIA, CPA, or CFE preferred; other relevant audit certifications considered.
