• Internal Communications Management

Develop and lead the implementation of internal communication plans and initiatives across multiple channels to effectively engage employees.

Create and propose creative ideas for internal programs and activities, ensuring alignment with specific communication objectives and business goals.

Take full ownership of content planning, creation, editing, and publication across internal communication platforms, including but not limited to internal emails, intranet, YouTube, internal fanpage, internal radio, digital notice boards, and other corporate channels.

Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of internal messaging in line with company strategy and values.

• Corporate Culture Development

Assess and define VTI’s corporate culture positioning; propose strategic plans and initiatives to strengthen and develop corporate culture across the organization.

Build and foster a positive cultural environment that reflects the company’s core values.

Design and implement mechanisms to monitor, evaluate, and encourage employee behaviors aligned with corporate values.

Organize and execute activities that promote, communicate, and embed corporate values, while guiding employees on proper cultural practices within the company.

• CSR & Community Programs Management

Manage content and oversee the execution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs and initiatives in accordance with approved plans and committed objectives.

Collect, manage, and archive communication materials related to CSR activities, including photos, articles, and video clips from internal and external media sources.

Develop and maintain relationships with community groups, charitable organizations, and potential partners to connect resources and mobilize financial or in-kind support for CSR initiatives.

Monitor, control, and report on the progress, execution, and communication plans of CSR-related sponsorships, events, and activities.

Requirements Proven experience in managing and leading internal communications and/or event teams for organizations with a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees or more.

Experience in implementing corporate culture programs

Experience working in an IT and/or IT outsourcing environment, with a solid understanding of technology-driven organizational culture and business operations.

Hands-on experience in designing, managing, and implementing CSR and community programs, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.
