Senior Internal Communications Manager

Lead high-quality internal communications initiatives that drive strategic and cultural outcomes. Provide expert advice to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring our people are always informed first. Use a variety of internal channels to amplify understanding of ASB's strategy, leadership, and culture. Celebrate our people by bringing their stories to life across multiple platforms. Create and execute integrated communication plans that deliver the best outcomes for ASB and our people. Contribute to employee engagement through timely, targeted, and effective communications. Collaborate across the Corporate Affairs team and with ASB's executive leaders to deliver high-impact communications. Stay ahead of best practices, introducing new tools and techniques to keep our communications fresh and effective. Oversee the internal communications editorial calendar and manage risk appropriately.
