Senior Internal Sales Engineer

About the Role

As a Senior Internal Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting contractors, consultants, and customers by providing accurate and timely quotations, technical guidance, and product selection advice. You will work closely with our Internal Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Manufacturing teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements and support successful project outcomes.

This is a technically focused role where your expertise will help customers select the right HVAC solutions while contributing to the ongoing growth and success of Temperzone.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for standard and custom HVAC equipment.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documentation.
• Provide technical advice and product selection support to contractors and consultants.
• Perform equipment selections and system calculations.
• Liaise with Engineering and Manufacturing teams regarding custom solutions and lead times.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive and professional service.
• Maintain accurate quotation and project records.
• Stay current with industry developments, HVAC technologies, and competitor offerings.

What We're Looking For

You will bring:

• A Mechanical Engineering qualification or equivalent HVAC industry experience.
• At least 5 years' experience in HVAC engineering, design, applications, estimating, or technical sales.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning and mechanical services systems.
• The ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
