Position Title: Senior Intune Engineer

Location: Walnut Creek, CA or Dallas, TX (Hybrid - 1 day/week onsite)

Duration: 6-Month Contract (extension/conversion possible)

Compensation: $55-70/hr W2

A national law firm is seeking a Senior Intune Engineer to join its infrastructure team. This individual will serve as the primary owner of the Microsoft Intune environment and play a key role in managing enterprise endpoint technologies, Microsoft 365 services, and automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has deep Intune expertise, strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, and the ability to automate processes through PowerShell and Power Automate. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative engineering team that supports a modern enterprise environment and recently completed a migration from SCCM to Intune.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Microsoft Intune.
• Manage and support the organization's endpoint management platform across Windows environments.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, configurations, and policies.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate operational and administrative tasks.
• Create and support workflows using Power Automate.
• Collaborate with engineering teams supporting enterprise applications and infrastructure technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint, Microsoft 365, and application-related issues.
• Support enterprise desktop and security management initiatives.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Microsoft Intune experience.
• 3+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience, including backend configuration, customization, and policy management.
• Experience with Power Automate.
• Strong scripting experience, preferably with PowerShell.
• Experience supporting enterprise Windows environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft applications.
• Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Windows, or Microsoft 365.
• Experience with technologies such as Citrix, SQL, DNS, and enterprise application support.
