Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or any related course
• Preferably with at least 4 years of related experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
• Experience in ERP systems and inventory management software is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Experienced in cycle counting and annual inventory audits
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and related functions)
• Able to coordinate effectively with different departments to implement inventory control procedures
• Familiar with Google Workspace applications (Google Sheets, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
• Organized, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work half-day on alternating Saturdays
• Must be willing to work onsite in Pasay / Parañaque (Merville) area

Duties & Responsibilities:

Inventory Monitoring & Control

• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor inventory movements regularly
• Ensure all inventory shortages, discrepancies, and variances are properly recorded and reported
• Reconcile actual inventory counts against system records and investigate discrepancies

Inventory Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare inventory analysis reports, including year-end shortage reports and inventory status updates
• Analyze product demand and assist in replenishment planning
• Prepare lists of depleted, damaged, or unusable products for monitoring and disposition

Inventory Audits & Reconciliation

• Conduct cycle counts and assist in annual physical inventory counts
• Ensure authenticity and accuracy of inventory records and supporting documents
• Coordinate with Accounting and Management regarding inventory variances and reconciliation findings

Returns & Damage Monitoring

• Accept returned items from clients and prepare necessary return documentation
• Monitor damaged and repairable items and coordinate with the Inventory Control & Procurement Supervisor for claims and repairs

Process Improvement & Coordination

• Develop and implement efficient inventory management and control procedures
• Coordinate with warehouse and other departments to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other inventory and warehouse-related duties as assigned by management

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Compressed work schedule)
• Alternating Saturdays: Twice a month (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
