Senior Inventory Control Staff - Equipment Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Inventory Control Staff to manage our Demo and Loaner medical equipment and ensure smooth operations from request and delivery through return, inspection, and inventory control.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in Logistics, Inventory Control, Asset Management, Warehouse Operations, or Medical Device equipment who enjoys coordinating across teams and taking ownership of high-value assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Demo & Loaner equipment requests from Sales, Marketing, and Education/Training teams
• Prepare and verify complete equipment sets and coordinate on-time delivery to customers
• Track equipment movement and follow up on outstanding returns to ensure stock availability
• Maintain accurate inventory records and end-to-end asset traceability
• Conduct physical stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Inspect returned equipment and perform basic Level 1 technical/quality checks
• Maintain equipment and storage areas in clean, organized, and ready-to-use condition
• Coordinate with logistics vendors and monitor transportation costs
• Ensure all activities comply with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs (QA/RA) requirements and SOPs
• Identify and escalate equipment damage, loss, or operational risks when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields
• 3–5+ years of experience in Logistics, Inventory Control, Asset Control, Warehouse Operations, or Demo/Loaner Equipment Management
• Experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, or High-Tech Equipment is an advantage
• Familiarity with inventory/asset tracking systems such as SFDC, Access, or similar systems
• Experience in equipment inspection or basic technical maintenance is a plus
• Good understanding of QA/RA requirements and vendor coordination
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
