About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT & M&A Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives for our clients and core practices. In this high-visibility role, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of complex programs across IT Infrastructure, Finance Technology, Lead to Cash systems, and M&A Post-Merger Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Drive end-to-end execution of large-scale infrastructure, cloud, Finance tech, and Lead to Cash initiatives while managing scope, budget, risks, and schedules.
• M&A Integration: Lead pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, TSAs, ERP/system consolidations, and post-merger stabilization for acquisitions and carve-outs.
• Agile & Governance: Facilitate SAFe/Scrum ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Demos, Retrospectives) and maintain PMO governance, RAID logs, and executive steering committees.
• ServiceNow & ITSM: Oversee infrastructure and release changes via ServiceNow (ITSM, Change, Asset Management, CMDB) following ITIL practices.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner closely with executive leaders across Finance, IT, Security, and Corporate Development. Manage system integrators, vendor contracts, budgets, and program KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience & Education:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA or Master's preferred).
• Overall Experience: 12+ years in Program/Project Management, PMO leadership, IT infrastructure, or Finance transformation.
• Enterprise Delivery: 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional enterprise programs (at least 2 years using Agile/SAFe).
• M&A Integration: 5+ years leading M&A post-merger integrations or carve-outs (must have led at least 2 full end-to-end integration cycles through Day 1 and stabilization).
• ServiceNow Expertise: 3+ years managing ServiceNow-based initiatives (ITSM, CMDB, Change Management).

Technical & Functional Knowledge:

• Strong background in IT Infrastructure (Cloud, Networking, Data Centers) and Finance/Lead to Cash systems (GL, AP/AR, Billing, Revenue, Order Management).
• Hands-on proficiency with Agile management tools and executive dashboard reporting.

Certifications:

• Required: Certified SAFe Agilist or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Preferred: PMP, PgMP, ITIL 4, ServiceNow, or M&A Integration certifications.
