Job Description:

• Serve as the IT Solution Lead supporting business processes in applications such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Sales and Operations and Enterprise Scheduling, while understanding and assimilating detailed and complex business processes across multiple functions in the supply chain.
• Support the implementation and rollout of new or enhanced models, ensuring consistency and synergy across the Supply Chain functionality.
• Collaborate closely with a cross functional team to develop business process requirements.
• Provide expertise in SCP and Inventory processes, guiding improvements aligned with industry standards.
• Proficient with business intelligence and visualization, including Power BI,
• Proficient with medium complexity SQL queries and scripts to retrieve, join and manipulate data.
• Assist in maintaining business process documentation, including training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts, and implementation procedures.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data migration processes and procedures.
• Support for implementation of to-be processes, including training delivery.
• Review application support incidents, identify and analyze root causes, and provide recommendations and solutions for continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, effectively multi-task, and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
• Document customizations, configurations, and debugging processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain consistent application of company policies, procedures, and shop floor rules.

IT SQL Developer

Job description:

• Manage the configuration, administration, monitoring and maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server databases and associated services.
• Manage database performance , indexing, query optimization and system tuning to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Perform database backup, restoration, disaster recover, maintenance plans and recovery testing activities.
• Monitor database health, server resources, storage utilization and  SQL Server logs to ensure stable system operation.
• Configure and maintain database security, user access, permissions, role and compliance with company IT policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues including performance bottlenecks, failed jobs, deadlocks, replication issues and connectivity problems.
• Develop , maintain and optimize SQL scripts , stored procedures, views, function , triggers and schedule jobs.
• Ensure the stability, performance optimization, data security, accuracy and accessibility of business application databases.
• Coordinate with application or server teams, vendors and users for system upgrades, database migration, patching and issue resolution.
