Senior IT Auditor IT审计高级助理

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibility & Accountability Support the development of the IT audit practice in Mainland China;

Independently execute fieldwork for small-to-medium IT audit engagements, or serve as a core team member on larger projects, participating in other project tasks such as interviews, meeting minutes, data collection, and data analysis;

Perform audit testing in areas such as IT general controls, application controls, cybersecurity, and data governance;

Assess the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls, identify control deficiencies, and propose remediation recommendations;

Prepare audit workpapers to ensure sufficient evidence and accurate conclusions in line with internal audit quality standards;

Draft audit findings, risk assessments, and management recommendation reports, providing high-quality opinions and recommendations to clients;

Mentor and develop junior auditors through on-the-job coaching and workpaper review support

Participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions;

Monitor emerging technology risks in cybersecurity, cloud computing, AI, and data privacy;

Contribute to the enhancement of audit methodologies, templates, and tools to improve audit efficiency;

Build strong collaborative relationships with audit, consulting, and quality control teams;

Complete Other Tasks Assigned By Managers. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Management, Audit, Accounting, or related fields preferred;

Minimum 2–3 years of IT audit experience at an international accounting firm;

CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) preferred;

Familiarity with SOX compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PIPL) is preferred;

Experience in auditing large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.);

Familiarity with IT audit standards and frameworks (ISA, COBIT, COSO, etc.);

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiar with SQL and common databases, proficient in data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.);

Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written);

Efficient analytical and problem-solving skills;

Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility; able to work under pressure and committed to the role;

Good communication skills.  工作职责：

指导并培养初级审计人员，提供现场辅导和底稿复核支持

参与部门内部培训与知识分享

跟踪网络安全、云计算、人工智能、数据隐私等新兴技术领域的风险动态

参与部门审计方法论、模板和工具的优化与更新，协助提升审计效率

与审计、咨询、质控等部门建立良好的协作关系

完成经理分配的其他工作 职位要求：

本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息安全、信息管理、审计、会计等相关专业优先

国际会计师事务所IT审计领域至少2-3年的工作经验

注册信息系统审计师（CISA）资格、内部审计师（CIA）资格优先

了解SOX合规、数据隐私法规（如GDPR、个人信息保护法）者优先

具有大型ERP系统（SAP, Oracle 等）审计经验

熟悉IT审计准则及框架（ISA, COBIT, COSO等）

熟练微软办公软件（Word, Excel, Power Point），熟悉SQL和常用数据库，掌握数据分析及可视化工具（Tableau，PowerBI等）

中英文（口语及书面）流利

具备独立分析及解决问题的能力

具有团队合作精神，责任心强，能够应对较高的工作压力，爱岗敬业

具有良好的沟通能力
