Senior IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Design reporting solutions and define requirement specifications in collaboration with Product Owner, Business Analysts, IT Analysts, developers and testers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with the target picture and support sustainable, reliable outcomes
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT development team
• Facilitate understanding of business requirements and their impact on technology
• Facilitate understanding of technical solutions and their impact on business processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT and/or business solution analysis
• Understanding of data flow integration
• Ability to analyze data content and behaviour using SQL
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to elicit, analyze and document business requirements
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working, including SAFe, Scrum and Kanban
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex topics
• Self-driven and collaborative team player
• 3+ years as IT Analyst

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of trading and/or transaction reporting
• Experience with XSLT
• Experience with BDD
• Experience with Communication Layer
• Foundational understanding of programming and ability to read code
• Familiarity with capital markets processes and flows
