☁️ We're Hiring | Senior IT Cloud Infrastructure Administrator

📍 Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days/week onsite)

We're looking for a Senior IT Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to join a challenging project, playing a key role in designing, automating, and managing modern cloud infrastructure while ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available production environments.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Define and promote technical infrastructure solutions;
• Integrate infrastructure and production requirements into Agile project backlogs;
• Support development teams in delivering secure, scalable, and reliable solutions;
• Implement infrastructure and operational automation;
• Manage, maintain, and continuously improve production environments;
• Monitor services and ensure high availability and performance;
• Participate in incident management and production support activities;
• Conduct security reviews and IT risk assessments;
• Create and maintain operational and technical documentation;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote DevOps best practices;
• Train and support teams on infrastructure and production standards.

💡 Required Technical Skills:

• IT Infrastructure Administration;
• Cloud Infrastructure;
• DevOps & Agile methodologies;
• Linux & Windows Administration;
• Tech stack: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, OpenShift, Jenkins, GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube, Ansible, Grafana, Dynatrace, Elasticsearch;
• Production Monitoring & Observability
• IT Risk & Cyber Security

📍 Work Model

• Hybrid – 2 to 3 days per week onsite in Lisbon .
