Senior IT Development Engineer (Overseas Focus)

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Java back‑end architecture design, core function development and system optimization of overseas information systems to support the build‑out, go‑live and continuous iteration of overseas business systems.
2. Conduct custom development for Oracle EBS. Use PL/SQL to develop stored procedures, Packages, Functions, Triggers, custom reports and business documents; support feature development, system optimization and troubleshooting for procurement, inventory, supply chain, finance (Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable) and other business modules.
3. Develop Java back‑end services and interfaces, realize interface integration between Oracle EBS and third‑party systems including Salesforce, overseas warehousing, logistics and tax systems, so as to achieve cross‑system data synchronization and business collaboration.
4. Take part in the development of overseas data platforms and business middle‑platforms; promote data standards, data governance and data quality management, ensure unified, accurate and traceable business data, and deliver data support for overseas business analysis and operational decision‑making.
5. Optimize microservice architecture and core‑system performance. Skilled in Spring Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, message queues and other technologies; continuously improve system stability, concurrent processing capacity and scalability to meet overseas business requirements for multi‑organization, multi‑currency and multi‑region operations.
6. Participate in the formulation of technical specifications, development standards and interface specifications; perform code reviews, resolve technical difficulties and improve R&D quality. Promote the application of AI‑assisted development tools in coding, debugging, testing and documentation to improve R&D efficiency.
7. Keep track of the development trends of enterprise digitalization and overseas information technology, continuously optimize Oracle EBS system architecture and system integration solutions, and support the sustainable development of overseas business.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related majors; at least 5 years of Java back‑end development experience, including minimum 3 years of Oracle EBS custom‑development experience. Prior overseas information‑system implementation project experience is preferred.

2. Proficient in Java development; familiar with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, microservice architecture, multi‑threading, JVM tuning, SQL optimization, with solid capabilities in system analysis, design and development.

3. Proficient in Oracle database and PL/SQL development; familiar with Oracle EBS standard APIs, custom development and common business modules; capable of independently completing EBS feature development, interface development and troubleshooting.

4. Practical experience in enterprise system‑integration development; familiar with RESTful API, Web‑Service and other interface technologies. Hands‑on experience integrating Oracle EBS with Salesforce or other ERP / CRM / WMS systems is preferred.

5. Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, message queues, distributed transactions and related technologies; have experience in developing high‑concurrency, high‑availability systems. Previous large‑enterprise system R&D experience is preferred.

6. Basic knowledge of enterprise data governance, data standards and data lifecycle management; experience in building data platforms or business middle‑platforms is preferred.

7. Experience using AI‑aided R&D tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT; able to leverage AI to boost efficiency for coding, debugging, testing and documentation work.

8. Good English‑document reading proficiency, able to comprehend overseas business requirements and technical documents, and adapt to overseas project development & delivery scenarios.

9. Strong communication & coordination skills, team‑working competency and technical execution capability. Experience in leading projects or managing technical teams is preferred.
