Senior IT Engineer

• Software Engineering & Architecture: Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance in-house applications and systems from scratch.
• AI Integration: Seamlessly integrate Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models (e.g., LLMs, predictive analytics, NLP) into existing software architectures and internal workflows.
• System Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of internal tools—from architecture and coding to deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensure high availability, security, and performance of servers, databases, and cloud/on-premise environments supporting custom applications.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior IT or development staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software development, IT systems administration, or a hybrid engineering role.
• Programming Proficiency: Strong command of modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or C#).
• AI/ML Expertise: Proven hands-on experience integrating AI APIs, open-source models (like Llama or Mistral), or building custom machine learning pipelines into production software.
• System Administration: Solid understanding of Linux/Windows server environments, relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and API design (RESTful, GraphQL).
• DevOps & Tooling: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting complex technical issues.
