Senior IT Executive

About the Role

The Arkadians, one of Pakistan's largest luxury real estate developments, is hiring a Senior IT Executive to support and manage day-to-day IT operations across the project site in DHA Phase 8, Karachi.

The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT, network, connectivity, hardware, and security system operations, while coordinating with external vendors and internal teams. The position will also provide technical support to management and employees as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT hardware, software, network, internet, and Wi-Fi operations.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, connectivity, and basic network issues.
• Coordinate with ISPs, IT vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Provide technical support to employees and management.
• Maintain IT assets, user accounts, systems, and basic IT documentation.
• Support network security, backups, and overall system reliability.
• Escalate complex technical issues to vendors and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or IT operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of CCTV and access control systems.
• Good vendor coordination, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Hands-on and comfortable working across a large project site.
• Real estate/construction industry experience will be a plus.
