Responsibilities:

• Handle day to day IT infrastructure (Servers, clouds, end users devices)
• Ensure systems are properly maintained
• Administer & support SAP Business one applications (User access, troubleshooting, upgrades & testings)
• Maintain cybersecurity solutions to safeguard information assets
• Manage backup operations / disaster recovery
• Coordinate on IT projects and vendor management
• Assist in preparation of annual IT budget, technology expenditure and software subscriptions
• Provide IT helpdesk support to end users and conduct systm onboarding, user trainings etc.
• Support opportunities to improve business processes through digital technologies, automation and AI initiatives.
• Implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency
