Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and optimize critical IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, PKI, Exchange Online, Windows Server, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and secure Hybrid Active Directory & Entra ID environments.
• Manage Exchange Online, AWS SES, DNS, PKI, and Windows Server infrastructure.
• Support migration and integration of on-premises infrastructure to AWS.
• Develop automation using PowerShell and ServiceNow.
• Provide L2/L3 infrastructure support and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaborate with Network, Security, Application, and other IT teams.
• Implement infrastructure monitoring, security hardening, and continuous improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure or a similar role.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, PKI, and VMware vSphere.
• Good knowledge of networking, security, ITSM/ITIL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with PowerShell, automation, and infrastructure projects.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS, Terraform, or GitLab are advantageous.
• Excellent English communication skills.
