Job Responsibilities:

1. IT Hardware Maintenance and Troubleshooting
   Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of PCs, servers, video conferencing equipment, and other IT hardware, including IT asset management and technical documentation.

2. Network and System Administration
   Manage and maintain network switches, TCP/IP network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, VOIP PBX, and Microsoft Exchange Server, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable network and system operations.

3. Information Security and SOC System Management
   Manage firewalls, security rules, vulnerability remediation, patch management, antivirus, and endpoint security. Administer user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory (AD) and Smart IT systems, monitor SOC alerts, analyze anomalies, and assist in handling security incidents.

4. IT Infrastructure Maintenance and Optimization
   Maintain, monitor, and optimize IT infrastructure, including system upgrades and hardware refreshes. Manage data backup, system recovery, and disaster recovery operations to ensure system reliability and business continuity.

5. IT Projects and Technical Support
   Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades, information security improvements, and system integration projects. Troubleshoot complex IT issues, provide technical support to internal users, and coordinate with vendors.

6. Technical Documentation, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement
   Maintain IT system documentation, network diagrams, and troubleshooting records. Ensure compliance with company IT policies, information security standards, and internal audit requirements while driving continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP) or Huawei certifications (HCIA/HCIP) are preferred.
3. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, network maintenance, or related fields.
4. Minimum 3 years of experience in SOC system maintenance, security monitoring, alert analysis, or information security-related operations.
5. Familiar with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, network switches, firewalls, wireless networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, vulnerability management, security patching, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure troubleshooting.
6. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently resolve complex IT infrastructure and network issues.
7. Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal departments, end users, and external vendors.
